LIGHT REFLECTIVE ZIPPER

The light reflective zipper on this backpack is the perfect helping hand you need when you are in darker environs. TWO FRONT ZIPPERED POCKETS

The two front zippered pockets on this backpack are exactly the kind of thing you need to slip away those items that you need to get to at a moment's notice and do not want to be rummaging around for at the bottom of your bag. No one wants to be looking for things like pens and pencils at the bottom of a bag. Not only is this a frustrating and time-consuming task, but it also could lead to things like ink getting on the rest of your things. That is why we have not one but two zippered pockets on this bag for this exact purpose.

INTERNAL ZIPPERED POCKET

There are some items that you do not want to be taking any chances with. You do not want to be putting your passport or wallet into a pocket where they could easily slip out or be pick-pocketed, leaving you stranded somewhere. Some things need to be kept in heightened security, and so that is why this backpack comes with its own internal zippered pocket so that you can slip away these kinds of things and be sure in the knowledge that on the entirety of your journey you know where your most precious items are at all times.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside U.A.E.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of invoice. If 15 days are passed after the date of purchase, then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

How ever certain products are no returnable like “Downloadable Software.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if refund approved). Products likeCD, DVD, Software, Video Gameor Vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or refunded.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The final amount returned will be after deducting the banks processing charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
