1. Can I save my cart items and return later?

Yes, you can! Create your Wishlist by logging in or registering and we'll let you know if your product is in stock when you are ready to buy.

2. Do I need to have an online Microshop account to order?

No, it’s not essential, you can login as a guest. But we really do recommend that you signup to enjoy speedier checkout, get the latest updates and best deals.

3. If I order more than one product, will they all be delivered together?

Yes, all your products will be delivered together.

4. Can I view specifications of products online?

Yes, we make sure you are fully up to speed with all specs under the ‘Product Details’ section of every product. Feel free to review a product too!

5. How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Customers can check the status of their order using the tracking number provided. The courier provider will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time and date for delivery. Customers can also email to info@merchantsofarabia.com for details. Please have your email confirmation, invoice and order number for us to locate your order.

6. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Product?

All orders will be processed and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to any kind of reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.

7. Is the payment secure?

We adhere to the highest standards of payment security. Our Payment Gateway is your credit card details are not stored on our website. We accept all internationally accepted visa/master debit/credit card issued in UAE/GCC.

8. Do you deliver to the workplace?

Yes, we deliver to any address across UAE.

9. What are the delivery charges?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

10. I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns can be done within 15 days of purchase as long as they remain in the same condition as the date of purchase. The product packaging box should not be damaged. If the product has been used or packaging box is damaged, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect. 12. How do I make a warranty claim?

Please email to info@merchantsofarabia.com for warranty claim. The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacture.

The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:

  1. Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
  2. Liquid spill on product
  3. Product having un-authorized repairs.


13.A product I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Yes, you can click on the "Notify Me" option below the product name. We will notify you via email once the stock is updated

14. Will I get a confirmation email when I complete my purchase?

Yes. After every successful purchase (after payment) you will get a confirmation email along with the order number, order details and payment details. You will also get a text message which contains your order number.

15. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can indeed change the shipping address after placing your order. To do so, please reach out to our Customer Support team via email or phone. They will assist you in updating the address before the order is shipped.
