Payments can be completed securely through the options displayed at checkout. Flexible instalment plans are also available through Tabby and Tamara, subject to the respective provider’s approval and payment terms.

Delivery is currently available across the UAE only. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, and any significant delays will be communicated by email or phone. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Free shipping is available on the customer's first five orders.

Eligible products can be returned within 15 days from the invoice date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase. Returns requested after the 15-day period, or products that do not meet these conditions, cannot be accepted.
