TWO FRONT ZIPPERED POCKETS

We all know the dreadful bore of having to try and find your keys at the bottom of your bag only to find them stuffed in the bottom of your trouser pocket after half an hour of searching. In order to help you circumvent this dull exercise, we have provided this backpack with a wonderful nifty feature - a detachable key strap. So simply clip away your keys and be safe in the knowledge that you know where they are at all times of the day. TWO SIDE POCKETS

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside U.A.E.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of invoice. If 15 days are passed after the date of purchase, then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

How ever certain products are no returnable like “Downloadable Software.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if refund approved). Products likeCD, DVD, Software, Video Gameor Vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or refunded.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The final amount returned will be after deducting the banks processing charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or free of charge items cannot be refunded or returned.
