Processing Time
All orders will be processed and delivered within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there
will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to any kind of
reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Fee
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside U.A.E.
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of invoice. If 15 days are passed after the date of purchase, then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
How ever certain products are no returnable like “Downloadable Software.”
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if refund approved). Products likeCD, DVD, Software, Video Gameor Vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or refunded.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The final amount returned will be after deducting the banks processing charges.
