Compact but capacious

It is an interesting tight rope walk that your bag needs to tread between being large enough to carry all the belongings with you on your day but also not so cumbersomely large that it starts to become more of a help than a hindrance. With this Aviva backpack, the line is very carefully trodden and the result is a backpack that is compact but capacious. It has more than enough room for all of your personal belongings but at the same time is not something that you are going to have to lug around with you from place to place.

That is why with this Aviva bag we have made sure that an organizer panel is included on the inside so that you can slip away an important item like a wallet or a notepad. The panel also comes with a detachable key strap so that you know where your keys are at all times of the day.

TWO SIDE POCKETS

Two compact side pockets on either side of the bag offer you the opportunity to slip away an important item that we all often forget - an umbrella. You don't want to be turning up to that all-important meeting soaked through to the skin if you have been unfortunate enough to get caught out in a shower on the way to work. The pockets themselves are compact and not elastic giving the bag a sleeker and more defined shape and so ensuring that you are able to move about your day and orientate yourself with ultimate ease.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed and delivered within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside U.A.E.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of invoice. If 15 days are passed after the date of purchase, then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

How ever certain products are no returnable like “Downloadable Software.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if refund approved). Products likeCD, DVD, Software, Video Gameor Vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or refunded.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The final amount returned will be after deducting the banks processing charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or free of charge items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was a gift(gifted by a 3rd party) when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will get only an exchangebut no refund.And if it’s to be refunded it will go only to the actual purchaser.
